  • Drop in session w therapy dogs every Wednesday from 12-1 in the Sandbox (student learning centre)

  • Offers 3 helplines that provide health services information for people experiencing problems (above)

GROUP COUNSELLING
  • Single session focusing on specific topics

  • Comprising of a limited number of sessions in order to address an issue in a structured way

  • An extended group counselling experience

  • Free, led by trained counsellors, 1-2 hours in a comfortable and safe environment

  • Must have a one to one session w a counselor to discuss your goals and seeing if this program is right for you

  • Open and closed groups
